My schedule for the normal day

Everybody has a schedule, it may be planned, or it may just happen.  Human's tend to follow patterns, it makes it easier, and therefore simple and easy to do.  What is your schedule?  Do you like to plan what you are going to do, or do you just let life hit you when it's ready?

I try to plan for both.  I know roughly on what I want to do, but I don't get stressed if I could not do something I wanted to.

I go to school, work when I have to, and I work out Monday-Friday.  I don't workout like a bodybuilder, but I do enough to sweat.  When I wake up, I do about half of the push ups I do in a day (the other half after work), then I take a shower, get ready for school.  Once school is over, I head over to work until times off (I know, clever.. waiting), but I finish my workout before I go to bed.

I believe it takes 21 days to break a habit, but I also believe it takes 21 days to start a habit, especially one to do with working out.  No one likes to work out because it's a slow, hurtful, and long road.  People like to see results instantly, but working out, you gradually become stronger/thinner.

Now can I ask you?  What do you do in a day?  What do you look for, what do you like?

How to get rid of stress issues

Quit doing stressful things.  Okay, that's not what you're looking for, because that's not very helpful.  I see myself as a pretty stress free person, obviously that's not 100% true, but I like to think myself as having great control of my stress factor.

I have known people who seems  like their life is full of stress, but I've noticed most of it is self made.  Feeling stressed, while you shouldn't is a great way to make yourself depressed.  Since you are here, i'm assuming you want me to tell you what to do? I would have to say nothing.

Okay, maybe not nothing, but here are a few tips

  • Try Yoga
  • Workout
  • Get your mind off of whatever it is
  • Make a plan to eliminate all of the stuff you have to do (if you're stress over too much work)
  • Eat Healthy
  • Have a hobby you enjoy
My personality makes it very hard for me to worried about stress.  I have noticed when I workout, I tend to feel much better, than if I just sat around all day eating junk food.

I stress over stuff, but I do not show it.  No one wants to see someone freaking out about their own personal problems.

Example:  I had a girlfriend that would freak out about everything, but in a good way.  She wanted to get everything finished.  Wanting to do everything as fast as possible, sounds appealing, but it's eventually going to catch up to you and make your life miserable.

Every single person in the world feels stressed at one point in their lives.  You must be the one to stop the stress with yourself, and don't spread it to other people.  Live happy and a stress free life by knowing what you enjoy.

The Perfect Tech Support

If you aren't a Techy, then you must call Tech Support sometime during your life.  You obviously don't know what you are doing if you have to call for help, but that's not bad, the informed must teach the uninformed, but to avoid the hassle of going through the same steps everytime you call, remember to try this:

Step 1. Restart your computer (turn it completely off, and then back on)
Step 2. What exactly is the problem
Step 3. Write it down to describe when you call
Step 4. Be at your computer when you call
Step 5. Call and be polite, they do this with tons of people

Most Computer problems are made by using poor maintenance. You wouldn't go without putting oil into your car for 3 years, so you shouldn't go without cleaning your computer for 3 years.  I suggest at least cleaning your computer once a month.

  • Have an Anti-Virus software.  AVG, AVAST, etc.  I prefer not NORTON, but some people are destined to use it.
  • Clear your internet browsers cache, and history at least once a week
  • Don't download unless you know exactly what it is downloading
  • Only type your password in areas protected
Computers aren't to be scared of, they just take patience and a little know how.  I hope you enjoyed this and if you have any questions just contact me!

Going Paintball On Sunday

Tomorrow, on Sunday, I will be playing paintball.  I live in Oklahoma, so you can just imagine what the weather is like.  All week it has been above 70, now on Sunday, the weather says it'll be below 60, we'll see on the day, oh yeah, and it's suppose to rain!

I will be going to PCOC, so if you are going, contact me!

My set up will be:

ProFlex
Valken Proton/ACI Maverick (Pump Marker)
45/4500 Crossfire
Dye UL Barrel
Dye Rotor
Nike cleats
Invert Pants/Jersey

I'm going to test out the pump marker, and if I like it i'll probably play more of that, I just need one of those elbow mounts for the hopper.  It'll be fun beating people with a pump, while everybody is ramping or Semi Automatic.

Paintball is a sport, it's a game, it's life.

Starting a personal blog

Starting a new blog, has been a ongoing thing for me.  I have created many including gtcpaintballing.com techyless.com, ubuntechy.com, etc.  Creating blogs are easy, maintaining and keep on creating content on the blog is the part i have trouble in.

In this blog, if I can maintain and get pass the frustrations and fulfill what I hope to accomplished, the best idea would be to combine all of my blogs into one.  The one thing about combining all of your blogs into one, is lack of niche appeal.  You would be broad, and less information in each subject.

I enjoy playing paintball, but I need a camera, or it's just boring and much work covering news, in which other paintball news sites have multiple people and tons of equipment to broadcast their views.

I'm currently saving for a desktop computer (Technology side of me), then I hope to buy a go pro or contour for my Paintball events.

Technology is a great investment, and will be the future of everything.  I like computers, phones, tablets, and other ground breaking items.  Technology news is fast and explosive, but you can hold a niche appeal, such as covering windows, ubuntu, android, apple, etc.

The biggest worries of a blogger, is to keep the blog going, without giving up.

This is my biggest threat, and this will hopefully be a great way to prevent me from giving up.
